A crown poured for the old clay tile opening won’t seal around a 6-inch DuraFlex liner without a proper top plate and crown-to-liner seal. That’s the compatibility gotcha we fix most often: someone had a liner dropped in, the crew poured a hasty crown around it, and two winters later the crown is cracked at the liner joint.

Signs Your DuraFlex Crown Repair Is Failing
